Erg X Classes
Erg X is a premier fitness class that combines functional weight training using sandbags, dumbbells and kettlebells with a row or ski ergometer.
This is a 40 minute, low impact, high intensity, full body, metabolic conditioning workout that will strip body fat, get you toned, get you stronger and increase your endurance.
The workouts are simple, yet effective. Simple does NOT mean easy!
Each workout can be modified as needed to fit your skill level!
